Our current rental rate is:
£185 per night
Minimum stay 3 nights.
Free Wi-Fi Broadband and flat screen Digital Freeview TV.
Cleaning and Laundry included. No extra charges.

Rental costs are for the whole apartment and rental periods can start and end on any day of the week and can be for any duration (minimum 3 nights) subject to availability. (2 night stays may be considered if they fill gaps in bookings). The flat sleeps a maximum of 4 people.

What’s included:
The flat will be cleaned and prepared ready for your arrival and will include all bed linen, duvets and towels. Electricity, gas and central heating costs are also included.

Kitchen
Fully fitted with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

Bedroom
Large King size double bed with plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also included.

Separate Lounge
Large and bright with dining area, table and 4 chairs, armchair. Settee which converts into two large comfy single beds.
Flat screen digital TV, Hi Fi, DVD and CD players. Hole-in-Wall gas coal fire.

Bathroom
Fully tiled with full size bath and hand shower attachment, also adjustable-height wall fitted thermostatic shower unit, and cabinet with shaver socket.

If you feel like a night in there is a Hi Fi unit together with Flat Screen Digital TV with Freeview.
There is a selection of books, cd’s and dvd’s in the lounge. 
There is also free Wi-Fi Broadband connected. 

There is a small fact sheet with some ‘what to do’ suggestions and a recommendation file of local restaurants in the area. 

We can also advise on taxi/bus transfers to and from the airport. 

In addition to the above we can also provide the following for a small additional charge:
Welcome pack/First meal.

Stocked fridge.
Theatre and Tourist attraction booking.
Travel arrangements.
Restaurant bookings.

Terms and Conditions

1. Booking
For bookings made less than four weeks in advance the total amount is payable on booking. For all other bookings a deposit of £150 is payable.
The balance of the rent is payable four weeks prior to arrival (we will invoice you at this time). All bookings will be confirmed in writing.

2. Cancellation
In the event of you needing to cancel your holiday you can cancel your stay for free until four weeks before your arrival and we will refund any monies paid to us.

2a. Cancellations within four weeks of arrival: We will try and re-let the flat. If this is possible your money will be refunded. If we are unable to re-let your holiday then none of the monies paid to us can be refunded. You are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover possible cancellation costs and your stay at our holiday apartment.

3. Arrival/Departure
Our visitors are asked to arrive after 3 pm and to vacate the flat by 11am on the day of departure.
Arrivals and departures outside these times can sometimes be arranged on request.

4. Pet Policy
We regret that we are unable to accommodate dogs or other pets.

5. Hirers Responsibility
We ask all our visitors to take reasonable care of the flat and to report all breakages to us as soon as possible. Please leave the flat clean and tidy at the end of your holiday.

6. Right
We reserve the right to make changes and amend and update these details at our discretion. If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the property is unavailable (e.g. due to flooding, fire damage, etc.) or the property becomes unsuitable for holiday letting then we will: 1) Use our best endeavours to find suitable alternative accommodation or failing which: 2) Reimburse all monies in respect of the period of unavailability.
